Owen was pretty excited to see the cannons. We talked about them at length- he wanted to know everything about them and their purpose, over and over again. Later we reinforced this experience with the cannon scene from the movie Gettysburg. :-)

Time for our picnic. Charlotte cannot get enough of her new love: PB & J. As she says, "Dee-licious!"
And our picnic concluded with a round of Hide-n-Seek... of course!
