Maine Day 5

The kiddies went hiking and enjoyed their first experience with the Beehive trail- it's narrow, it's steep, and there are many iron rungs and ladders to get you up the rock face. Mommy and Daddy hadn't hiked it since the pre-kiddie trips, but we decided Owen was capable of doing it- and he loved it! He did great!







After hiking we walked down to the ocean at Sand Beach to let the kiddies play. Yes, that is a sad face on Charlotte...the ocean water was startlingly cold!




The kiddies went into Bar Harbor for the evening.

Mmmmm, lobsters on the pier. (Well not for Charlotte).
