Trip to the farm

The kiddies made a trip out to a fairly local farm for some grass-fed beef. Yes, the kiddies LOVE grass-fed beef! We were happy to let the kiddies see a real, working farm... exploring and asking lots of questions! Over 300 acres and over 100 cows! And a big ol' tractor. :-)

The kiddies are pointing to the cows and patting their bellies. :-)

The operator of the farm invited us to walk a trail that runs along their land. Yes please!

And then we came across this awesome covered bridge on the trail!

A memorable trip!

Brings back so many memories of going to my Uncle Elmer's farm in Delaware. I loved to go around in watch all the animals and even got to help collect eggs from the chicken coop! You all look like you had a great time at the farm!
