Owen's first band concert

What a joy it was to attend Owen's first band concert!  He has really enjoyed percussion this year, and we were thrilled to see the final product of his hard work!  Two of the pieces are below (and apologies for the camera shaking on the second piece.  Mama wasn't crying uncontrollably, she was laughing.  Hard.  Owen had demonstrated his "enthusiastic style of play" on the bass drum to us at home, so we knew he'd be "into it."  He definitely met our expectations and more, thus the laughing.)  :-)  We are very proud of Owen's journey in music!
