Acadia Day 12

The kiddies enjoyed another long hiking day...7 hours hiking up four different summits!  The most unique part of this hike was that the kiddies enjoyed impromptu wild blueberry picking.  You are permitted to carry up to one gallon of wild berries off the trails a day.  We picked almost a quart along the trail!

We began our hike with a climb up to Sargent Mountain (second highest on the island). 

We got to pass under the Waterfall Bridge, for an up close view of the Hadlock Brook Waterfall.
