Acadia Day 9

The kiddies enjoyed a long hike up and around Dorr Mountain today. Almost five miles...another long hike. Eliza hiked the entire way up the mountain (minus a total of about five minutes of being held here and there).

Our hike began around The Tarn (the pond shown).

We then hiked to the summit via the Ladder Trail. Owen and Daddy had hiked this trail last summer, and we knew we could do it as a family this year.

Later the kiddies relaxed for a while at Seal Harbor Beach at low tide.

I didn't think I could get any more impressed but wow ... you guys raised the bar and the entire family accomplished the ladder trail ... Way to go all of you especially Charlotte and Eliza being that it was your first time!!
